Bernard J. Talwin, President
and CEO
Bernard J. Talwin has held executive leadership positions
including General Management and Senior Director of
Operations roles within leading corporations known for
manufacturing excellence and quality leadership, including
Royal Dutch Philips, Motorola, and Ford Motor Company.
His broad range of experiences include improving business
practices through restructured engineering, process
control initiatives, and developing and implementing
sales and marketing strategies and tactics, along with
improving operating systems. He has a consistent history
of strong quality leadership and establishing quality-oriented
organizational cultures. He earned a BSc from the University
of Toronto.
Dean Marsman, Vice President,
Sales and Marketing
Dean Marsman joined the Prince Manufacturing team in
1999 after working with Prince Automotive (Johnson Controls,
Inc.) for more than sixteen years. From 1997 to 1999,
he served as Johnson Controls' Director of Advanced
Sales. Prior to this position, Dean served in a variety
of roles, including Personnel, Manufacturing, Program
Management, Launch, and Sales. Dean received a BA in
Economics and Business Administration from Hope College
and a Masters in Business Administration from Grand
Valley State University.
AnneMarie Hannes, Vice
President, Human Resources
Anne Marie is a Senior Human Resource Executive with
more than twenty years of experience, primarily with
manufacturing organizations. Over the past fifteen years,
she has been the most senior Human Resources executive
and integral member of senior management with public
and privately held companies, encompassing multi-site
and international locations. She has SPHR certification
and a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin,
Whitewater.
Wayne Knott,Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Wayne Knott is a Senior Financial Executive with more
than twenty years of experience in the manufacturing
industry. He held Vice President and CFO roles in two
major manufacturing companies. Besides serving in key
financial roles, he also has general management and
product distribution experience, along with broad expertise
in corporate and systems integration, reorganization,
quality systems, and acquisition and divestitures. He
brings a strong background in cash management and expense
control to Prince Manufacturing. He earned a BS degree
in Accounting from Brescia University.
Stephen Floyd, Regional General Manager, Southeast
Stephen Floyd developed his progressive manufacturing experience with leading organizations such as Milliken & Company and Lydall, Inc. prior to joining Prince Manufacturing in. With those organizations, he held positions in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Management, and Product Management before advancing into General Management responsibility. Steve received his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Clemson University.
Steve Pittman, Regional General Manager, Midwest
Steve Pittman is a Manufacturing professional with more than 27 years of experience in engineering, quality, and manufacturing management. He has more than eight years of experience in plant management at sites with teams ranging from 50 to 1100 employees. He also brings past experience with the Deming Quality Management system, working with him on a leadership committee at Allison Transmission Division of General Motors. His corporation experience includes fifteen years in automotive components, ten years in the transportation industry, four years in military contracting and one year in contract manufacturing. Steve holds a BS degree from Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a minor in Supervision.
Aurelio Acosta, Regional
General Manager
Prince Manufacturing Southwest
and Latin America
Aurelio Acosta joined the Prince Team in 2003 with a
broad and deep career in international industrial management.
He has more than thirty years experience in the Maquila
Program in Mexico and has worked for in the Electronics,
Injection Molding, Electronic components, Computers,
Aluminum forming, Stamping, and Communications industries,
where he has held positions from Supervision level to
Vice President of Operations and Division Manager. He
also has extensive experience in transferring industries
to Mexico as well as managing companies in the United
States. He is a graduate of University of Texas at El
Paso with a BS in Electrical Engineering and postgraduate
courses at Boston University and Harvard.
Aurelio Acosta se unió al equipo de Prince a
la mitad del 2003 después de una larga carrera
en diferentes áreas Industriales. Tiene mas de
30 anos de experiencia en el Programa de Maquila en
Mexico y a trabajado en industrias de Electrónica,
Moldeo de plásticos, componentes Electrónicos,
Computadoras, Formado de Aluminio, Estampado y Comunicaciones
donde se desarrollo en diferentes puestos que van desde
Supervisión hasta llegar a Vp de Operaciones
y Gerente Divisional en industrias establecidas. También
tiene vasta experiencia en el translado de Industrias
a Mexico como también en el manejo de compañías
en EUA.Graduado de la Universidad de Texas en el Paso
como Ingeniero Eléctrico y con diferentes cursos
de postgrado en las Universidades de Harvard y Boston.
